Woman to be....

   Every creature is created with a purpose, in this world. Apart from that purpose, every creature has it's own passion or vision. I hope woman is also included among these creatures. But knowingly or unknowingly, she herself forgets, what she dreamt of and sometimes, she is made to forget her dreams, as we called it "the need of an hour".   It's quite surprising why men who ignores their dream due to the need of an hour can be hand picked where as the count of women goes infinite. The society and the family which is the tiny part of the society loads women with various purposes. I trust if we correct the first small unit family it will be easy to correct the society and there is even a chance to get corrected automatically.    " May I know, who is this? ", " Introduce yourself", " Tell me about yourself", " Who are you?", " Who is this?".  An individual human being must definitely come across many of these phrases. From the school time to the job period, we are ought to speak about ourselves. We obviously knew this and even we prepare many different aspects of our self- introduction.       Yes, What will be our answer for these questions. " I am so and so. I am the Son/ daughter of this person. This is my native. This is my religion. I am good at this. I have many years of experience,  etc. Have you ever come across, " Who am I?".                   The Universal prayer of the parents in this pandemic is to engage their kids without gadgets.  Let's try our best to  achieve it. The below listed tasks are not, what I read or I learnt. They are what I experienced. So let's give a try. 1. Create Your colour:                                     Kids are generally excited to play with water as well as colours. What if, we give them both. Yes, give them three to four basic colours mixed with water. It can be the primary colours such as Red, Yellow and Blue. Give them a glass of water and a tray sort of thing with many compartments like ice cube tray or simply cookies come in a plastic tray covered with the wrapper. Some spoon or dropper or ink filler. Parenting in Quarantine

    Parenting is a tedious task,  that too parenting in quarantine is undoubtedly a herculean task. When I ponder, why is it so, the main reason is we are doing helicopter parenting.  (i.e) In the name of being careful and conscious,  we are always chasing our kids to do this and that. We are not letting them to do things on their own. We are living their lives too. Khaled Hosseini  says, " Children are not your colouring book, to fill with your favourite colours". Let them be on their own.    When we discuss these troubles with our elderly people,  such as mother or mother- in - law, we can hear the response like " we don't brought up kids like you. They grew themselves.  We just feed and look after them, now and then".     But the present scenario is not the same. We have much more responsibility in bringing our kids.                                                            Dependency is a good emotion,  which is a prominent character of human , but it depends on whom and what we are depending.  When we completely rely on anyone or anything,  it becomes addiction and it is tough to get cured.
